I was looking at the Bridezillas website and it got me thinking about my possible future wedding. There was a quiz about whether or not I’m a Bridezilla or not and I got this result:
Are you a Bridezilla? Your assessment: You’re just an average bride. Drop and give us twenty!
One of the questions in the quiz was, “my wedding dress is…” and an option was Frech Couture. I’m really interesting in wedding things so I looked up French couture to see what it looks like. I loved the style.

French Couture
But then I got myself thinking at personally I may not want to wear french couture on my wedding day…so i looked instead at French Couture bridesmaid dresses.
I found alot of cute dresses that I think are stylish and would like to have my future bridesmaids choose from.
In order to really understand if the dress would be pretty or not I needed to see it in many different shades. some of the examples were in colours like canary yellow and bright orange…not the greatest:

Dessy Dress in Blue...bridesmaid?
Love the dress…but I can’t see that color on my wedding day.
So then I got to thinking of what colors I would rather see on my big day!
And I ended up clicking on a few dresses that gave me the option of changing the dresses color to see.
Dessy.com was my favorite website to see the different colors:
The colors that I’ve envisioned my wedding to be ever since I began dating Craig were some kinds of shades of brown.
I get this nice warm coffee feeling when I’m in his place and in Dundee and I thought the colors of: espresso, Butterscotch, almond and honeysuckle would be appropriate to represent Craig’s simplistic coffee loving style.
I think browns go well with the off white ivory color that I hope to one day be in my wedding dress.

Ivory Satin (top) Nude Satin/Gold (Bottom)
My personal favorite colors are all springy and bright. I love warm colors. I was thinking that to accent the brown base that I’d set that I’d have pops of reds/burgundies (claret, ribbon red (satin) and royal reds) and maybe some greens, My skin color looks nice in the color green.

Claret Red :D

Ribbon Red Dress
I used to hate the colors green and orange because green was Tyler’s favorite color and orange just reminded me of construction workers. There are only a few shades of burnt orange that I truly have respect for. The shade of green I think is elegant is a moss or an olive green. I was searching for a nice ivory and I found a shoe that I think is to Die for…

Taupe Satin Shoe

Olive Green Dress
I found the shoe on a blog of a Sheria Na Mavazi…it’s a designer blog and I really enjoyed reading it and looking at Ngowi’s Style.

Moss Dress By Alfred Sung
While I was on my Web surfing streak trying to find the perfect representation of the colors that I was looking for I found a great website that showed what my potential color pallets may be:
The Southern Wedding Daily Blog
On the site I found a great Blue and Olive slate representation as well as a great Ivory World Vintage look.
Southern Weddings Daily Blog is my New favorite website since I can’t watch platinum weddings on WE television daily anymore.
Some of the pictures taken on their site were taken by photographers from Steadfast Photography.
Personally when I get married I want to hire a friend of mine who is an amazing photographer.
His name is Jonny Hoffner and he and his wife Michelle go to my church they own JHP http://www.jonathanhoffnerphotography.com/ and I want Jonny to do my wedding pictures because he has true skill.
While I was looking at SW.com I came across an amazing Vintage wedding color palette and design.

Old World Vintage
I absolutely fell in love with it. It’s a great style but I think I could make it more elegant.

Claret Roses
Maybe by adding some roses of a deep red.
While looking at all the wonderful EYE CANDY WEDDINGS on SW.com I came across a really cute set of pillows…those pillows led me to an interior design company http://maihardesign.com/blog/
OMG SOUTHERN WEDDINGS .COM I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! it’s so exciting to explore that it makes my heart beat faster! Every single time I look at it it gives me eye orgasims Can’t wait to get married so i can use it as a resource!
Now that I’ve determined some of my colors I am really really happy. I just hope that when i get engaged my future husband agrees with me ;D

a Scottish inspired dress I was shocked that I actually liked at first glance...growing on me?

Something that may inspire my wedding...it's a vintage crazy style I admire.
